Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Butter
    1 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
    1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
    2 Eggs
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 Cup Light Sour Cream
    2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
    1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    3 Large Bananas (Mashed)
    1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
    1tsp Ground Cinnamon
    1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Spray a 9x13 cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
3.Cream butter and granulated sugar.
4. Beat in eggs, applesauce, and vanilla.
5. Beat in mashed bananas.
6. Add flours, soda, powder, and sour cream. Beat till mixed together.
7. Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon.
8. Spread half of the batter into the cake pan.
9. Sprinkle half of the brown sugar mixture and half of the chocolate chips onto batter.
10. Repeat steps 8 and 9.
11. Bake for 45 - 50 minutes.
