    lb 10oz Smoked Turkey Sausage
    12 oz mozzrella cheese slices
    16 oz light pasta sauce
    8 oz box lasagna noodles


Cook pasta according to box directions, drain, and rinse in cold water. Set aside. While pasta is cooking prepare sausage. Cut each length into three pieces, then cut the three pieces in half lengthwise. Pour some of the pasta sauce into the bottom of a 9 x 9 pan. Enough to cover the bottom. Put together in the following way: take one of the cut sausages, wrap mozerella cheese around it, then wrap a lassagna noodle around the sausage and cheese. Lay seam side down in pan with pasta sauce. Continue until all are wrapped and put into pan, (should be touching each other). Take remaining sauce and cover the top of the wrapped sausage bundles. Cook 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
