    1/2 cup Butter
    1 cup Brown Sugar
    1 large Egg
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

    1/2 cup all-purpose Flour
    1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder

    1/2 cup salted Peanuts
    1/2 cup Oatmeal
    1/2 cup Corn Flakes


Preheat oven to 350F.

Cream together the butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, mix the flours and baking powder. Stir into creamed butter mixture.

Carefully fold in the nuts and cereals.

Drop by spoonful onto baking sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cookies are light brown on the edges. Allow to cool on pan 5 minutes before removing to cooling rack.

Serving Size: Makes about 24 cookies.
