    16 oz ground chicken
    1 Large Egg
    1/2 C Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs
    2 oz Grated Romano Cheese
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    Black Pepper to taste
    Dried Parsley


Mix all the ingredients together. Form in 20 small meatballs. (I used an ice cream scoop...each scoop = 2 meatballs.) Drop into simmering tomato sauce and let simmer slowly for one hour.

Each meatball = 1 pt.
