Ingredients

    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup lime juice
    2 teaspoons lime zest
    2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1 small jalapeņo pepper, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, smashed
    Salt and pepper to taste
    4 4-5 ounce chicken breasts, boneless/skinless

Tips

Wonderful sliced and used on salads or in wraps. Leftover marinade can be boiled on stove to kill bacteria and used as a dipping sauce. Boil for 1 minute to use as a dipping sauce.


Directions

Mix all marinade ingredients in resealable plastic bag. Add chicken breasts and marinate overnight. Place on preheated grill and cook turning once until no longer pink inside and reach correct internal temp.
