    1/2 cup Fat-Free Plain Yogurt
    1 cup Cranbery & Pomegranate Juice
    1 cup Mixed Berries, frozen
    2 Tbs Fiber One Cereal
    2 scoops Aria Women's Protein Powder


Blend together Yogurt, Juice & Frozen Mixed Berries (about 1 minute.)
Add Fiber One Cereal & Aria Protein Powder. blend for about 30 seconds or until well blended.

Use 1 cup Yogurt for a thicker smoothie.

Pour into 2 glasses & enjoy!
