    1/2 Cup Flour
    1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
    1/2 Teaspoon Salt
    8 Tablespoons Butter
    10 Large Eggs
    16 Ounces Cottage Cheese
    2 Cups Shredded Colby-Jack Cheese
    1 can (4 oz) chopped Green Chilies
    1 Zucchini - Med, cooked


Preheat oven to 325, and prepare 13x9 baking dish with nonstick spray. Cook Zucchini in the butter in a skillet on the stove until tender. In a separate bowl beat the eggs until well blended, add remaining ingredients to the eggs, as well as the cooked zucchini -mix well. Bake 35 min until set.
