    Progress BREAD CRUMBS - Italian Style

    Fresh Large EGG

    Extra Virgin OLIVE OIL

    Green ONIONS

    Spices to your liking

Tips

I use these in a salad with any veggies I have on hand and want then 2 TB of Bolthouse Farms Classic Ranch Yogurt Dressing (2TB=add 45 calories).

I save one for the next day or two then heat up in my toaster oven or put back in a pan to heat up.


Directions

Combine salmon, green onion, 1 egg and any other selected spices. Shape into two patties then lightly fry in extra virgin olive oil until brown.
