    6 Large Carrots, peeled and cut into half inch pieces
    1 lb of baby red potatoes, cut in half
    1 12oz can of yellow sweet corn
    2 roasted chickens
    3 cups white rice
    1 box healthy harvest rotini pasta
    10l of water
    10-15 tbsps Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base (to taste)
    5 tbsps Italian Seasoning
    1 fl oz olive oil
    3 tbsps minced garlic


Rip up your whole roasted chickens and throw all the meat into a 14L stock pot on the stove with 1 fl oz of olive oil and 3 tbsps of minced garlic.
While that heats up, chop up your potatoes and carrots.
Once garlic has browned, add 10 litres of water to the pot, as well as your chicken base, italian seasoning, and any other seasoning you might like.
Once the water begins to boil, add your corn, carrots, and potatoes to the pot.
Allow the pot to return again to boil, then add the full box of pasta. Allow to boil for 10 minutes, then reduce heat and simmer.
Add 3 cups cooked rice while the soup simmers. Allow to continue to simmer for 1-2 hours.
