    1/2 banana, 1/2 c mixed berries, 1/4 cup dry oatmeal, 1/2 tbsp chia seeds, sprinkle cinnamon, 1/2 c almond milk, almonds slivers, 4-5 stevia drops, vanilla protein powder


Combine all but almonds, store in refrigerator overnight. Top with almond slivers and eat.
