Ingredients

    onion, 1 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 4 clove (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Anchovy (anchovies), 4 anchovies (remove)
    Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted, 3 oz (remove)
    *canned tomato, crushed, 28oz, 56 oz (remove)
    Tomato Paste, 0.12 cup (remove)
    *Pinot Noir (5 fl oz / Serving), 5 oz (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp (remove)
    Salt to taste (1 to 2 tablespoons)
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 TBL italian seasoning

Directions

finely dice onion and garlic. Saute in olive oil until translucent. Roughly chop anchovies and cook until they melt and soften. Add salt, crushed red pepper and spices. Add tomato paste and cook until carmelized. Deglaze pan with pinot noir wine. Add in Canned crushed tomatoes and sugar. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve over angel hair pasta.
