Ingredients

    6 eggs
    2 cups coconut butter
    2 tbsp vinegar
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions

Mix all together and bake for 35-45 min at 350 degrees. My loaf pan yielded 12 slices which I then cut into 2 pieces each for a total of 24 servings.

    Are you sure this recipe is accurate? I checked the nutrition on 2 cups (32 Tbsp) coconut butter and it was almost 3,000 calories!!! - 6/19/18
