    1 1/2 chicken breasts cut into 1" pieces
    1 c Hatch enchilada sauce
    1 Pillsbury Pizza Crust
    1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1 1/2 oz. Feta cheese crumbles
    2 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese


Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Cook the chicken and enchilada sauce in a skillet on medium heat until chicken is fully cooked. Pour chicken and enchilada sauce onto the pizza crust and spread until even on crust. Spread on the peppers and cheeses. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is brown.
