Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 1250 grams
    Onions, raw, 1.5 slice, large (1/4" thick)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    Chili powder, 1 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, .5 tbsp
    Cumin seed, .25 tbsp
    Ginger, ground, .25 tbsp
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 large whole (3" dia)

Directions

Can either be done in a slow cooker or on hob.

Brown mince and onions (in a pan first if cooking in slow cooker).
Chop tomatoes and mix together with all other ingredients in a bowl.
Add to mince & onion mixture (on hob or in slow cooker).
Cook for 7 hours on low in slow cooker, or on Hob
