    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 3 cup (23 oz can)
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields - dethaw, squeeze dry
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) -chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips - chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves -chopped


cook onions & garlic

add in broccoli, spinach, peppers, tomatoes and in pam sprayed skillet until veggies are cooked/tender and seasonings have all mixed together

add pepper, oregano, garlic to taste
