Ingredients

    1/4 cup soy flour
    3/4 cup almond flour
    1/8 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/3 cup egg substitute or 2 eggs
    1/3 cup water
    2 Tbsp olive oil

Tips

To spice it up add garlic powder; onion powder; rosemary; Italian seasoning...be creative


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat muffin pan with cooking spray. Mix ingredients, divide evenly into 6 muffin cups. Bake 10-15 minutes til lightly browned.
