Ingredients

    1/2 package Trader Joe's Whole Wheat Pizza Dough (8oz)
    2 cloves of garlic, chopped
    1 tbsp of BBQ sauce (I used KC Master) (separated)
    1/2 tbsp olive oil
    4.5 oz chicken breast, cooked, chopped
    3 cups of arugula
    1/4 c of parsley and or basil
    2 tsp grated parmesan cheese
    pepper to taste

Tips

Can easily double to use the whole package of dough
Can use more/less/no chicken as well. 4.5 oz is all I had on hand


Directions

Preheat oven to 390d F
Prep pizza dough according to package; stretch very thin
Place on baking sheet
Thinly spread 2 tsp of bbq sauce on dough
In separate bowl, mix tsp of bbq sauce, olive oil, arugula, garlic, cheese, herbs, pepper and chicken
Place on dough with chicken pieces mostly on top
Bake for 10 min

Serving Size: 4 slices of pizza
