Ingredients

4 - 6 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sprinkled with salt and pepper to taste)
2 medium onions, sliced
1 - 10 3/4 oz can of cream of celery soup (condensed)
1 - 10 3/4 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
1/2 c sherry cooking wine
2 cloves minced garlic, or more to taste
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
10 oz fresh mushrooms
Tips
You can actually use skin on breasts and then peel the skin away before serving to keep the chicken extra moist. Calories are for skinless chicken.
Also do not add water to the soup, just use what is in the can.
Directions
1) Place onion slices in the bottom of the crockpot
2) Place seasoned chicken breasts on top of onions
3) Whisk cream of celery soup, cream of mushroom soup, sherry cooking wine, garlic, and paprika in medium mixing bowl.
4) Stir in the parmesan cheese and mushrooms.
5) Cook on low 8-9 hours.
This is best served over some brown rice or pasta.
Serving Size: 1 chicken breast and 1/4 of the mushroom onion sauce.
