Ingredients

    Celeb margarine
    Onion chopped
    white risotto rice
    white wine
    frozen peas
    mushrooms if wanted
    grated parmesan cheese
    diced ham
    black pepper, salt to taste
    chicken stock hot


Tips

We added mushroom to eat them up.


Directions

Melt a little of the margarine in the saucepan until foaming, add onion that is chopped and cook 3 minutes stirring until softened. Add rice to the onion and stir until they start to burst. Stir until it stops sizzling then pour a little stock which is hot, add salt and pepper. Stir low heat until stock is absorbed.
Add remaining stock and let it absorb. Add other ingredients towards the end. After 20 minutes add diced ham and remaining margarine.
\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\place on serving bowl and add the grated cheese and serve.


Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
