Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    - Canned, Diced Tomatoes - about 5.5cups/1330mL
    (I used Blue Menu, No Salt Added, President's Choice, 796mL can and Aylmer Accents Garlic & Olive Oil, 540mL can)
    - Old El Paso chopped green chilies, 2 cans / 16 tbsp
    - 1 Cucumber (with peel), seeded and chopped
    - 0.5 Yellow Pepper, seeded and chopped
    - Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
    - Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp, chopped (or more if you love the flavour!)
    - Lime Juice, 0.75 lime yields
    - Garlic, 3 cloves, diced
    - Salt, 2 tsp, & Pepper, 1 tsp (or to taste)

Directions

Chop veggies, mix it all together, chill and serve!
