Ingredients

    1 C. Cooked quinoa
    1 C. coconut milk
    2 TBS dried organic cranberries
    1 TBS raisins,
    1/2 tsp salt,
    2 TBS almonds
    2 TBS sunflower seeds
    1 tsp cinnamon

Tips

Can be prepared ahead of time and reheated one portion at a time. You can add other fruit i.e. banana slices, blueberries, mango chunks. Also, you can use any type of nuts or seeds or combo of both that you desire.


Directions

Add all ingredients in saucepan and simmer until quinoa has absorbed enough liquid to suit your desired thickness/liquidity ratio.
