A light, refreshing addition to any meal. A light, refreshing addition to any meal.

Ingredients

    7 medium fresh radishes, sliced
    1/2 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
    3 scallions, thinly sliced
    2 TBS fresh lime juice
    1 TBS olive oil
    coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Slice radishes, jalapeno and scallions and toss with remaining ingredients. Delicious over fish or just on the side!
