Ingredients

1 package of Orzo Pasta
1 can of Artichoke hearts in water, quartered
1 can of sliced black olives
1 bag of Fresh Express Baby Kale Mix
20 grape tomatoes, quartered
8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
(optional) pine nuts
Directions
Cook orzo according to package instructions. Add Kale mix while the orzo is still warm, wilting the greens slightly. Add remaining ingredients, saving feta for last. For best results, allow the mixture to cool slightly before adding the feta.
