    1 cup Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
    98% Fat Free
    2-3 tbsp of water
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    3 tbsp chopped green pepper
    6 fresh basil leaves
    10 oz. boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins
    Mrs. Dash Italian seasoning
    pepper to taste
    Pam Olive Oil cooking spray


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray a oven-safe pan with Pam Olive Oil spray. Place the chicken in the pan and spray with Pam. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash Italian Medley seasoning and pepper (if desired) over the chicken.
Tear basil leaves and spread around the top of the chicken.
Sprinkle onions and green peppers on top of chicken.
Mix the cream of chicken soup with the water and pour over the top of each piece of chicken.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

If serving this with rice, the creamy mixture is great served over the rice. These flavors go nicely with spinach as well.

This recipe makes 3 equal servings of about 3 ounces of chicken, plus the creamy mixture. It can easily be increased.
