Ingredients

    1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in half
    poultry seasoning, about 1/2 teaspoon
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
    1 oz. white wine

Directions

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Sprinkle the seasoning over both sides of the chicken.
Add the chicken to the hot skillet and cook about 4 minutes per side. Turn the heat to low and add the broth and wine. Cover and allow to simmer for 20 minutes to fully cook the chicken.
