Ingredients

    1 c bulger cracked wheat
    2 c boiling water
    20 black olives, chopped
    1 c chopped green onion
    1/4 c tbs extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 c lemon juice
    1/4 c parsley, chopped

Directions

Pour boiling water over bulger and let sit until all water is absobed (usually takes about an hour)
Mix together all ingredients, chill, and serve!
