Ingredients

    4 cups Vegetable or Chicken Broth
    1 cup Water
    2 tsp Knorr Won Ton Sop Mix
    2.5 cups Carrots, sliced
    20 g Leeks, chopped
    3/4 cup Broccoli, chopped
    3/4 cup Cauliflower, chopped
    1 small stalk Celery, chopped
    3 large Mushrooms
    1 can Eastern Star Stir Fry Vegetables
    1 cup Bok Choy, shredded
    24 Mini Wontons

Directions

Bring Broth, Water and Won Ton Soup Mix to a low boil in a large pot. Add Carrots, Leeks, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Celery and Mushrooms and cook 15 min. Add Eastern Star Stir Fry Vegetables (including liquid) and continue cooking for 10 min. Add Mini Wontons and Bok Choy to the pot. Simmer 1 - 2 minutes and serve.
