Introduction

Ingredients

20 oz. ground turkey, extra lean
2 stalks celery (7-1/2 - 8" long each), chopped
5 medium baby carrots, shredded
1/4 c. chopped onions
3 Tbsp. soy sauce, low sodium
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. garlic powder
Tips
Due to the low fat and high water content of the meat, the skillet may become sticky and will need be cleaned from time to time, then with new oil added for the next batch of patties to be cooked.
Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly to blend flavors.
Cook over medium heat in a skillet with a scant tablespoon olive oil or grapeseed oil until browned on one side. Turn over; continue cooking until browned and cooked through. Add oil as needed to keep patties from sticking to pan.
Serving Size: Makes 18 patties.
