    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. white sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 cup milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 ripe bananas - mashed
    2 whole bananas


1. Combine flour, white sugar, baking powder and salt.

2. In a seperate bowl, mix together egg, milk, vegetable oil and bananas.

3. Stir flour mixture into banana mixture; batter will be slightly lumpy.

4. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medum high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddel, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.

5. Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides; serve with extra banana slices on top.
