Introduction

Serve with almond crackers. Serve with almond crackers.

Ingredients

    1 15-oz. can black beans, drained
    1 avocado, peeled and sliced
    3 T lemon juice
    2 T chopped cilantro
    1/4 tsp. ground cayenne
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. iodized sea salt
    3 T thinly sliced green onion

Directions

Combine all ingredients except green onions in a blender container. Place in a bowl and top with green onions.

Serving Size: Makes 8 3-1/2 T servings.
