Ingredients

    3/4 c. 2% lowfat cottage cheese
    9 tbsp liquid egg whites
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Blend cottage cheese in a blender until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until combined. Ladle 1/4c. of batter into a pan coated with cooking spray. Cook until browned on both sides. Makes 6 pancakes. Serving size 1 pancake.
