Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    *Boca Burgers Original, 4 serving(s)
    Onions, raw, 1 slice, large (1/4" thick)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    *Flour, white, .25 cup
    *Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 1.5 cup
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp


Directions

Defrost Boca Burgers or whatever variety of meatless burger you like.
Add olive oil to pan and sautee onions and mushrooms until browned. Sprinkle flour into pan to pick up all fat and liquids. Add broth. Simmer until slightly thickened. Add whole boca burgers to pan and let simmer. When burgers are heated through and gravy has thickened serve. (Really good with mashed rutabagas)
