Ingredients

Heavy Cream
Eggs
Spinach
Hormel Bacon Bits (real bacon)
Muenster Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Onions (cut up and sauted)
Tips
Let edges brown before taking out of oven. If you want to use fresh bacon, prep time will take longer until the bacon gets down and is broken up into pieces.
Directions
Preheat oven 325 degrees.
Wipe Oil all over pan that will hold Quiche.
Cut up onions and sauté them then put to side.
Steam spinach and get off excess water.
Beat eggs with heavy cream until well mixed.
Add onions and spinach, salt and pepper to eggs and milk bowl and stir well with a fork.
Then take bacon (break up with fingers) and mix it in with egg ,milk and spinach, and stir with fork until it mixes well.
Then pour into a slightly oiled pan, to keep from sticking.
Note: If you have a springform pan or cheese cake pan, that is even better.
Put in oven at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
