    Butter, unsalted, melted 3 tbsp
    *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz (2 tablespoons)
    Garlic powder, 1/4 tsp
    Salt, 1/4 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1/2 tsp
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1/2 cup
    Chicken Thigh, 4 thigh, bone and skin removed


In a shallow dish, combine the butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper Place bread crumbs in another dish. Dip chicken in butter mixture, then coat with crumbs.
Place in a greased 13in x 9in x 2in baking dish. Drizzle with remaining butter mixture.Bake uncovered at 350* for 30 minutes or until juices run clear.
