    4 - 6 ounce Mahi Mahi Fillets
    1 Tbsp groound cumin
    1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
    1/8 tsp salt
    4.5 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    cooking spray


Coat a large non stick skillet with cooking spray, set over medium heat.
Add cumin and red pepper flakes, cook 2 mins.
Salt fish and add to skillet, cook 2-3 mins per side until firm and opaque.

Sprinkle w/lemon and serve.

To grill:
Heat grill to medium, coat grill plates w/cooking spray. Season fish w/salt, cumin and red pepper flakes. Grill 2-3 mins per side until firm and opaque.
Sprinkle with lemon and serve
