Ingredients

1c dry brown rice
2c water (for rice)
1tsp chicken bouillon (for rice)
1 1/2 cups smoked pulled pork
3c frozen mixed veggies
1/4c Mr. Yoshida's sauce
2Tbsp olive oil (less if desired)
Directions
Pre-cook rice in the rice cooker with the first 3 ingredients.
In microwavable dish, add frozen veggies and enough water to cover the top of them and cook on high for 7-8min in the microwave or until tender. Drain and set aside.
After rice is done cooking:
In large non-stick skillet, add oil, Mr. Yoshida's sauce, and rice. Mix well and cook on medium heat for 2-3min.
Add pulled pork and veggies. Mix well and continue cooking for 3-5 more minutes. Turn off heat and serve!
Makes about 6 cups, or 6-one cup servings.
