Ingredients

    1lb Ground Turkey
    1 Green Pepper
    15 Baby Carrots
    1-2 stalks of Celery
    1 head of Cabbage
    2 cups of fresh Spinach
    1 large Onions
    1 tablespoon garlic
    2 cans Stewed Tomatoes
    1 can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
    1 canTomato Soup
    2 cups of dry Brown Rice
    1 cup Vegetable Juice Cocktail (optional)
    1 med Zucchini
    16 oz of water

Directions

In a large stock pot brown turkey with onion and garlic until browned. Toss everything else into a stock pot and simmer until Vegetables are tender...about 60 mins. Add rice during the last 15 mins of cooking.
