    1 3/4 C. wheat flour
    1 3/4 C. white flour
    2 T. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    4 egg yolks
    1 C. vegetable oil
    3 1/2 C. milk
    4 egg whites


mix dry ingredients together in large bowl. In medium size bowl combine egg yolks oil and milk gently. Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients, and stir together. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Fold in stiff egg whites very slowly and gently.
Makes 9- 1Cup size waffles or 36- 1/4 Cup size.
