    1- 8" pizza crust
    olive oil
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    green pepper
    1 cup shredded cheddar
    2 pre-cooked patty sausages (I used Jimmy Dean)


Preheat oven to 450. Take pizza crust and rub oil lightly over the top.
Scramble eggs (leave them a bit runny. They will continue to cook in the oven).
Spoon eggs onto the pizza crust. Then cover with additional ingredients (you can add tomatoes or other "pizza" or breakfast favorites, if you like).
Cook according to pizza crust directions, approx. 10 minutes. Cut and serve.

The original recipe calls for 2 crusts (and they come packaged that way). I tried it with a 12-in and only had enough ingredients to cover 1/2 the crust. I think 1- 8" crust would be sufficient or you may have to double the ingredients.
