Introduction

Ingredients

*Flour, white, 1.75 cup (for dough)
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large (for dough)
Water, tap, 30 mL (for dough)
Shallots, 85 grams (for filling)
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (for filling)
*Black & gold minced garlic (5g per serve) AUS, 10 gram(s) (for filling)
Pepperoni, 200 grams (for filling)
Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 2 cup, shredded (for filling)
*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 8 tbsp (for frying)
Directions
Mix together dough ingredients (but only use as much water as necessary). Run through a pasta maker attachment to make flat sheets.
Cook the filling mixture.
Put about 1 tablespoon of the mixture in each pocket, with a sprinkling of the grated mozzarella.
Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown... they might be good baked but I haven't tried yet! :)
