    Remove the skins and seeds on all fruit, chop it up in larger chunks, throw it all in the crockpot with seasoning to taste. Add about 3/4 cup water. I used about 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon and a dash of stevia.


Cook on high until fruit is softened. Blend with a stick blender to the consistency you like. I left mine on the counter until it reached room temp and then put in the fridge. If you need to put in the fridge when warm break it down in smaller dishes.

Serving Size: Makes 4 - 1Cup Servings - Filled a 1 QT pyrex bowl
