Ingredients

    7 oz corned beef
    medium onion
    bag sauerkraut
    28 oz canned tomatoes
    2 cups pasta (cooked)
    3 slices swiss cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. In a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray, saute corned beef and onion until onion is tender, about 5-10 minutes. Stir in drained sauerkraut, tomatoes with juice. Add pasta. Mix well to combine. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle or arrange swiss cheese on top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Set on wire rack for 10 minutes. Divide into 8 servings
