Ingredients

    150 gram(s) Courgette
    150 gram(s) Lidl ground almonds
    25 gram PhD Diet Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla Creme
    0.50 tsp Cinammon
    3 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    10 grams Baking Powder
    7 gram(s) Sugar free vanilla syrup
    10 gram(s) (Butter) Kerrygold Irish Butter

Tips

My tin loaf is 219g, so each serving is 55g
Serve with peanut butter and/or chia seed jam and a glass of milk. Amazing


Directions

Shred the courgette on the fine part of the grater.

First mix the ground almonds, protein powder and cinnamon. Then mix in the shredded courgette and 3 eggs. Next put in the baking powder and sugar free vanilla (if you want to) and stir very, very well.

Grease baking tin with 10g butter and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to cool and then serve. Can top with peanut butter or for a sweet treat, poor warm double cream and Splenda or sugar free vanilla.

Serving Size: Makes 8 hunky pieces of 55g each
