Ingredients

    1 can each O organic black beans, O organic pinto beans, O organic red kidney beans
    1 package mc cormick low sodium chilli mix
    extra cumin
    extra chilli powder
    oregano
    fresh ground black pepper
    pink salt
    1/2 cup of your favorite salsa
    2 tablespoons tomato paste
    1 cup water
    1 pound lean ground beef, turkey or chicken
    olive oil spray

Tips

top with reduced fat feta cheese chopped onion and cherry tomatoes.. YUM!!!


Directions

saute onion, bell pepper together until onion is clear add ground meat. brown meat add all the seasonings and the salsa and the chilli mix and water. Also add the canned beans. simmer on low heat 45 minutes.
