Ingredients

    1 head cauliflower
    3 vine ripe tomatoes, diced large
    1/2 red onion diced large
    1 large English cucumber. sliced
    1 bottle Kraft Greek vinaigrette dressing





Tips

Add feta and black olives for more Greek flare. Not in the calorie count.


Directions

Cut up all veggies and mix in a large bowl. Pour entire bottle of dressing over veggies. Toss gently to coat well. Refrigerate at least 4 hrs but better overnight. Will keep in fridge for awhile.
