Ingredients

    fresh onion, 0.5 cup
    1 box Swanson Infused Broth Mexican Tortilla
    1 can Bush's Best Cannellini Beans - White Kidney Beans
    1 14.5oz can Tomato Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
    1 8oz can Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce
    1 15oz can Bush’s Black Bean (Reduced Sodium)
    12 oz skinless chicken breast

Tips

It can be serve with tortilla chips, sour cream, or whatever you want- be creative :o)


Directions

I baked the chicken breast in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. While it was cooling I diced the onion and then added all the other ingredients to a pot and set on the stove at medium heat. I shredded the chicken and added to the soup. Brought it to a boil for about 10 minutes and then turned it down to simmer another 50 minutes.
