    -1lb Ground Turkey
    -24 oz package of Mexican Cheddar Cheese
    -10 count package of flour tortillas
    -1 package of Taco seasoning (low sodium)
    - 16 oz can of fat free refried beans
    - 8 oz conataine of spicy pico de gallo/guacomole(optional)
    - reduced fat sour cream (optional)
    -2 jars of slasa
    -1 can of enchilada sauce
    -1 tablespoon of chili poweder
    -1 tablespoon of garlic poweder
    - a pinch of black pepper


Preheat oven to 400 degrees

(1) Cook your ground turkey until brown.
(2) Then add your taco seasoning, chili powerd, garlic poweder and black pepper for the seasoning.
(3) Cut your tortillas in half.
(4) In a n aluminum pan, spread your ground turkey and refreied beans.
(5) Add your tortillas
(6) Spread your cheese
(7) Add your tortillas
(8) Spread your ground turkey,beans and salsa
(9) Add your tortillas
(10) Be as creative as you want at this point.
(11) Topping should be pico de gallo guacamole and cheese.

Let the lasagna cook for 20 minutes.

Serve and add sour cream !
