Ingredients

    2 cups Oats
    3 Eggs
    1/2 cup non fat cottage cheese
    1 Banana, fresh
    2 tbsp. Cinnamon
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
    1/4 cup Dry Roasted Cashews
    1/2 cup fresh Blueberries
    1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    1 tbsp. Agave, Organic Blue Agave,

Directions

Blend all ingredients together (except bluberries0 in food processor or blender. Stir in blueberries and bake in mini muffin/cupcake tins for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
