    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1or 2 no-calorie sweetener packets
    1/4 teaspoon sea salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 ripe banana, about 1/2 cup mashed
    6 tablespoons egg substitute
    2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk or soymilk
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


Combine dry ingredients; mix well. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients, including banana; mix well. Add wet to dry, mixing thoroughly.

Spray a griddle or skillet with nonstick spray and bring to medium heat. Pour batter on to form dollar-coin-size pancakes. Once they begin to look solid, about 1 minute, flip gently. Cook for an additional minute or until both sides are lightly browned and insides are cooked through.
