Ingredients

1 lb. of Perdue ground chicken
1 jar of Prego Light Smart Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
6 oz can of Hunt's 100% Natural Tomato Paste with Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
1/2 cup of Great Value Mozzarella cheese (low moisture, part skim)
    2 large zucchinis

Directions

Brown the ground chicken and remove the fat from the pan. Add the spaghetti sauce and tomato paste. Spray a 9x13 pan with oil. Cut the zucchini into thin strips and cover the bottom of the pan. Once one layer is down, add the spaghetti mixture on top and sprinkle some of the mozzarella. Then add another layer of zucchini, spaghetti mixture, and mozzarella. You should get about three layers. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. After the first 30 minutes, take the aluminum foil off and bake for another 30 minutes without the foil.
